If you are looking for an emulator, maybe you should google "xcode 4". I wish I could run it, but sadly it would only run on Mac

If you want to deploy to Apple's iTunes App Store, then you'll need to work on a Mac with Xcode. The Xcode 4 IDE (free to download and learn) has a built-in emulator for the iPhone and iPad, but to test on a device requires that you pay Apple $99 a year (which includes permission to publish apps to the App Store too.) If you click on my sig, you'll see several tutorials on how to use PhoneGap/Cordova to assemble your project on Windows (for Android) or Mac (for the App Store).

    Good luck!
