    How to put search engine on my site

    Greetings,

    I am the webmaster of my employer's private intranet website. We have a Windows 2000/IIS 5.0 webserver. I recently redesigned and amended our online employee manual and I have been asked by human resources to implement a search engine feature to allow employees to quickly find the pages containing the information that they're seeking.

    I am posting this in the ASP forum because we don't have PHP installed on the web server and I am pretty sure that the server OS can run ASP since they are both Microsoft products.

    Currently the code I have for the searc form is:

    Code:
    <div id="searchbar"><h2>Search This Site</h2>
    	    <form action="#" method="get">
    	        <fieldset>
    		    <input value="Do not use yet" name="s" id="s" alt="not functional, demo only" />
    		   <input type="submit" value="Go!" id="searchbutton" name="searchbutton" />
    		</fieldset>
    	     </form>
             </div>
    So where do I go from here? How do I create a search engine that will display results on a new "search" page with the pertinent keywords appearing below the title of the page (like how Google displays search results)? I would be very grateful for some instructions or links to other sites explaining the process. Thanks a lot.

    Just an FYI...the Zoom Search Engine is running on my site now. It wasn't too difficult.

    Is the manual you want to search stored in a database?
