Attaching a document to a form

Question: I already have a form that is written in ASP. I also want this form to let the user attach a document and when he clicks submit it would send the information he typed into the form with the addition of the document that he attached. Could this be accomplished and how?

    Thanks

There is a sample page (included in that zip) that demonstrates how to use the upload script. Just use it as a guide. Also read the readme file to know what methods and properties are available and their description.

keep in mind when using the asp uploader that you must add this to the <form> tag ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" then in the code that handles the form change any Request.Form("foobar") to Uploader.Form("foobar")
