    getString() problems

    I have a notes table where each note has a peronID and a sequence number attatched to it. So if I pull personID 8 then all rows of notes with personID 8 are pulled..duh. I use getString to concatenate? all rows together. The problem is that it puts a carriage return between each row. The problem is the there is html in these notes so if there is a
    <div <--row1
    > <--row2

    THen in the html it is :
    notesnotest<div
    >

    and the browser ignores the div because it is broken. Is there a way to use getString() with it not putting carriage returns for each row.

    Code Is pretty standard:

    Code:
    rsMgr.Open sSQL, APNewConn, adOpenStatic, adLockOptimistic
    strMgrIds = rsMgr.GetString()

    Just remove the carriage returns after you get them:

    strMgrIds = replace(rsMgr.GetString(),vbCR,"")
