    Making asp work in Frontpage

    Ok useing either Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver MX is there a way to set them up so that when you are testing in the preview window the asp scripts would work!

    So you have IIS (asp) installed / running on your machine right?

    Yep use it on my webserver! so I am able to test through IE but I was hopeing for a way that I can juct click on the preview window and it grabs it that way!

    I use dreamweaver at work (or used to). I don't believe there is a way for the asp actions to be previewed through it.

    I scratched the dreamweaver and downloaded HTML-Kit. Now there's an editor.

    Haha, glad to know I'm not the only one who doesn't like DW.

    Although for most things, I prefer TextPad to HTML-KIT. Hopefully though they'll make HTML-KIT even better, since it's constantly improving. I own a license to both of them, at any rate.

    I use and like HomeSite... Its like HTML-Kit and others in that it is a text-based editor.

    DW is okay but I only use it when editing huge tables.
