    Question Signing In

I am creating a site, and I want to have my users to be able to login like http://www.icarly.com and http://www.wetpaint.com users are able to login. I do not know where to start. I am able to use MS Access, MySQL, and MS SQL for Databases.I would like it to say 'We could not find an account with that Username and Password' if the Username or Password are incorrect. Any Help is appreciated.

    Check out Hot Scripts

    http://www.hotscripts.com/ASP/Script...ent/index.html

There are loads of free user management scripts for ASP applications.

If you have access to a server that supports ASP.NET, you want to check out the video tutorials available free of charge at http://asp.net website.

    Hey.
You should first create a table that consists all the information about the users.
Then in your code you should split it to 2:
    1. The form consists the information needs to be checked (IE: Username, Password).
    2. The information verification: Make an SQL statement that checks for that username and that password (Remember to disable SQL injection) - If no results then display the error message or else make a session or a cookie that confirms the logging.

I use visual interdev for coding in ASP. You can use dreamweaver too but I don't like how it closes my tags all the time.
