    Form Needs to Allow Attachments

    Hello,

I have a form which needs to allow for attachments. Our server is strictly Microsoft products and will not support PHP.

Ummm...you posted in the wrong forum. Pages ending in "asp" are CLASSIC ASP, not ASP.NET.
