I am working at a university and we have VS 2008 loaded on a server that we connect workstations to. When we try to make a new website in it we get athentication errors. running the website requires a login to the domain. Unchecking the "NTLM Authentication" box on the "Start Options" tab of the project "Property Pages" solves the problem for that one project only. Everything I have found says that NTLM Authentication should be off by default but it is always checked on non-admin accounts. I cant figure out how to change the default so that it wont be checked.

Any help would be much appreciated thank you.
