    C:\Documents and Setting\User\aspnet_regiis.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

    Please don't start a new thread for the same question.

    Did you run this under the visual studio command prompt?

    Go to visual studio under start programs -> Visual studio .NET Tools -> Visual studio 2003 command prompt then try aspnet_regiis -i
