    Have you tried installing it?

    Go to the visual studio command prompt and type in this:
    aspnet_regiis.exe -i

    Then try it out...good luck;

    How are you trying to launch your page? The easiest way to do it from Visual Studio is to right click the .aspx page and click View in Browser. That starts the server, if it isn't already started and launches the page.

    Another thing you should do is set a start page for your project. Right click on the desired starting .aspx page, then click Set as Start Page.
