where i can highlight a spot on the map using co-ordinates and make it linkable.
preferably in flash.

ActionScript: rollover function

when visitors roll over their mouse to specific locations (movie clips), the rollover function does animations(movie clip).

Again in onRelease function,getURL() function is called.
