HI, I am planning to get a pokersite running, but am not able to do it myself. I would want the site to look something like www.pokerstrategy.org.uk , it should be a site were people can discuss Poker in all it's varieties.

I don't exactly know how much time this might take, but was thinking about something around $1000.

I need virtually everything, that includes design and cms :)
