Thanks in advance,
I thought I would go ahead and toss my site in this thread and see what kind of feedback I could get.
I still have alot of work to do such as the search tool, and alot of textual content that needs to be added and more. But I would like to know what you think of it so far and what you think might need to be added.
So fire away.

Pretty hi-tech for a church, but that's nice to see for a change.
Most church sites are FrontPage disasters.
Looks very nice.
I assume the content is updated by some PHP scripting?

I like the look of your site! Very clean look. The view seems a little cramped width-wise. Very good. Slide Show and Random Pictures are dead links.
Like mlseim states: Very hi-tech. I think it's great.

I'm not particularly liking the graphics. It looks like they are being. I don't know. I guess it's alright. I'm just used to more subtle gradients and solid colors.

The bubbly blue (that contains the crosses, for example) strikes me as a bit overbright. It hurts my eyes.
Other than that, I like it. :)

Thanks so far for the comments:
The blue background color was actually worse before when I was using a hex of 0000CC. I didnt realize how bright it was until I viewed on an LCD screen ( I currently use a late 90's model CRT). I have since changed that hex to 003366 and its a little better. As far as the baby blue....yeah it is kinda bright but then again on my monitor a hex blue of 0000CC didnt seem bright at first:thumbsup:
As for the deadlinks....yeah the "random pics" and "slide show" links have been voided for now as well as for almost all the ministry links, these are works in progress as I have no more information to upload. Its amazing how hard it is to get people to hand over pictures and send me their information so I can add tectual content to the site. But what can I do.
As for the cramped-width. I made the pages a fixed width so that even those few people who still view in 800x600 would be able to view the entirety of the website without having to use the scrollbar to pan to the left or right.
Thanks again guys, your contructive criticism is always welcome.

Generally speaking pretty good... although you might want to consider the following...
-the upper right hand corner of your layout seems almost empty (i mean above the search box) i would suggest maybe filling that in, even if its only with a thin line
-webpage title is a little lenghty, people usually check it for a quick summary of your site, not a week long description
-below your calendar the spaces between the buttons leave a gap that looks a little too empty for my liking
-in your ads section, you definitely do NOT need to write "Google Ads" just try Advertisements instead, it is more professional in my personal opinion
-your contacts link/popup on the bottom doesn't work
but very good in general - nice to look at!

How about now?
I have made a few color modifications since I viewed the site on an LCD screen. It was VERY bright so I toned down the color scheme a little bit.
