I made a basic, simple, unfinished blog design in which is broken in Internet Explorer, and fine in Firefox. It's basically a container, a header, and a footer.

This is basically the code without the HTML tag etc...

<img src="header.png" alt="">
<div style="background: #FFFFFF;">
Frame area.
</div>
<img src="footer.png" alt="">

try this

<style type="text/css">

body {
background:#ffffff;
}

</style>

<div id="container" align="center">
<img src="header.png" alt="" />
Frame area.
<img src="footer.png" alt="" />
</div>

Your IE link's wrong... You forgot to change it when you copied it from the FF...

Try setting font-size to 0. Also, IE can mis-interpret extra spaces as line breaks. :)
