Email client question

Just a quick question that I hope someone can answer...

Have designed an email system for my site that sends multipart/alternate emails (i.e HTML and text versions).

We all know that in their infinite wisdom M$ developed Outlook so that you can't view the text only version of the email being sent - very useful - NOT.

I've tried using Pegasus Mail to do this but it's handling of HTML isn't great and it doesn't handle the links properly either in the text only version - so....

does anyone know of a good FREE email client that I can use for testing this???

The best email client out there is Eudora. You can pay for it or use it in so called 'sponsored mode'.
