WYSIWYG editor to work with existing CSS

I have a site that is requires lots of text files (eg. MS word .doc files) to be converted to appropriately formatted HTML. So far, I've been manually translating each page (i.e. replacing bold with < b >xxx< / b >, etc and this just takes too long. Also, we have a CSS that has certain text styles (eg. h1 = green text in a certain size and font.

Problem is, whilst lots of WYSIWYG editors (like the one this forum uses) are great, they will require the h1/h2 font styles, etc to be manually edited later anyway. Is there any solution to this? Are there WYSIWYG editors that can be integrated into a password-controlled area of the site (or even used 'off-line') that would integrate with my CSS by, for example, having a button for 'h1' etc.?

This sort of tool can often be found integrated into content management systems; there are a number available throughout the net.
Try googling for "text to html converter" and see if you can find something of your liking.

Thanks - but unfortunately that's exactly the reason why I'm posting here; there are so many text->html converters that I don't know which ones are able to work with existing CSS variables, ideally, by being customisable to the point where I can add buttons (like the 'B' for 'bold' button) in order to represent my custom CSS text styles, etc. Any suggestions?
