Its a good look, but i think that the background is a bit too "busy" and the layout should be changed so you dont have to horizontally scroll.

Apart from that, nice site ;)

Background image doesn't go with the rest of it. It's also too busy, as has been stated.

I'll also second the movement about the horizontal scrolling. That alone will probably drive some viewers away.
