how to change font-size on scroll in IE?

It seems that some websites in IE 6 let you change font-sze on scroll, but some do not. (i.e. this site vs amazon.com)

Is there any specific coding technique that lets you change font-size on scroll in IE6? (works fine in firefox and IE 7)

It's because IE6 does not resize any font size set with pt or px.
