My site wetito.com has been under construction for too long by a freelancer who said he could do the work but has not integrated the site according to my instructions. The freelancer has told me that all of the programming has been done and that all that needs to be done is integrate it with the design. I would like someone to take a look at it and tell me if this is the case. Attached is spec sheet of everything that I asked to be done. I am looking for quality work.
