I'm looking for ideas of what kinds of web services / applications, computer programs whatever that you wish there were. Maybe a program that does something you wish you could do with the computer or make something easier, maybe a website that would provide a service you wish you had, or a better service in comparison to another website.

I appreciate all input and ideas.

Sure....Here's one:

You make a textarea and the user copies and pastes their code into it. Then, after clicking a button, it outputs code that properly displays in all major browsers. http://www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/smilie/lol.gif

Can you make a macro for TextPad that repeats the last action (i.e. clipboard) you performed? That's the ONLY thing it's missing. :)
