I've decided to branch off on my own after working for "The Man" for many many years. I just want to know some general pricing so I don't over or under charge people.

What do you charge for doing the following...

1. Business cards

2. Color brochures

3. Web page - non flash, HTML only.

4. Web page - some flash, with storefront.

5. Company logo (corporate identity).

You can give price ranges if you want.

Thanks in advance!

Darren E

I think it depends on your portfolio.
How many sites you've done, the quality of graphics.
I wouldn't charge by page, but by the whole package,
and that includes a pre-agreed amount of support.

All contracts in writing, signed by both parties.

If you've done sites before, you can sort of estimate how
much time it will take ... then $50-$100 per hour?

It also depends on the client (big-business, small business). In the beginning you might over-charge or under-charge a bit, but eventually you'll get a feel for what your time's worth.

It definitely varies from different countries and different companies.

You can learn prices/packages from web services Ltd/Pte companies on the web and your local countries.
