dont think im writing in the right place but i dont know where else to write!

does anyone know if there is a tutorial anywhere to make a Community?

how is a community writen? PHP?

had a quick look around and couldn't find anything then thought of this place..

What kind of community? A forum like this one? Do you want to write the software yourself, or just get some ideas on what software is available? You need to elaborate a bit more on just what kind of help you're seeking from us.

see the thing is i dont know what "code" is used, like .asp, .net, php or whatever else there is ..

but the community would be like picture galleries, guestbooks, forums, chat, presentation ...

Have you tried Google (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22community+software%22&btnG=Google+Search)? Looks like there are quite a few software packages to choose from.
