Unless you have serverside capabilities on your host, then you're out of luck.

You'll have to put your blog into an iframe if you don't have php, asp, cgi, etc

Check out this free weblog at:

http://www.neologic.net/freelog/index.php?PHPSESSID=985db8392413edc25d4c3258afa02164

I have attached a file with an example of the weblog with a style sheet you can use to change the text, hyperlink colours etc.

Also, check out this post in the forum which runs through using a blog in an iframe:

Hope this helps!

You could try TongueWag at http://www.tonguewag.com. Not only is it 100% free, but it offers advanced features like comments, visitor article posting, site search, webpolling and much more.

You embed your weblog into ANY HTML site with a single line of javascript code.

I've spent the last 3 years developing it and we're shortly about to launch our completely revamped version 6 where we're adding membership registration and login plus newsletter sending functionality!

Check it out and let me know what you think!

Try having a look at Nucleus (http://www.nucleuscms.org/)
This is what I use for my site.

I have just viewed your site and had to use IE6/win as my Mozilla browser would not correctly display you website.

Not a problem! :)

Check out our development site at http://www.dev.tonguewag.com - this is our new version which should be launched at the beginning of next week.

The system has a completely revamped interface and works properly on all browsers!
