My goal is to create hardware online store, which has the secure payment encrypted with SSL.

you need a server that has mod_ssl or similar installed and then depending on how you are hosted you may need to buy an SSL certificate for your domain.

Some shared webhosting providers provide a shared SSL certificate and sometimes its as simple as using https:// instead of http:// in your web-pages, others prefer you put your files in a 'secure' folder , check what your host offers.

If you have dedicated hosting what platform are you on ?
