That's the code being used at phpbbhacks.com

<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr valign="middle">
<td height="15"><b>
<script language="JavaScript" type="text/JavaScript">
<!--
function MM_jumpMenu(targ,selObj,restore){ //v3.0
eval(targ+".location='"+selObj.options[selObj.selectedIndex].value+"'");
if (restore) selObj.selectedIndex=0;
}
//-->
</script>
<table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" background="networkmiddle.jpg">
<tr>
<td height="24" width="205"><a href="http://www.ifroggy.com"><img src="networkleft.jpg" width="205" height="24"

border="0"></a></td>
<td height="24" width="100%"><div align="center" class="networkbar">Buy martial arts gear at <a

href="http://www.mawarehouse.com">MAWarehouse.com</a> </div></td>
<td height="24"><span class="networkbar">
<select name=select2 onChange="MM_jumpMenu('parent',this,0)" style="background-color: #979797; color: #FFFFFF; font-

family: Tahoma, Verdana; FONT-SIZE: 11px">
<option value="#" selected >Network Websites</option>

</tr>
</table>
<font face="Tahoma, Verdana, Arial" size="1"> </font><font face="Tahoma, Verdana" size="1"> </font></b></td>
</tr>
</table>Somehow when I save it as .html, there is still a blankl space above that bar which is supposed to be on top of the page! is there a way to fix it?
And is there a way to add the links/url from 1 js file coz I will add this bar on alot of websites and I want to be able to edit the urls from 1 file to change on all the sites!
