I have Symantec Antivirus 10 installed on one of my servers and need to run a scan from remote desktop (as i dont have physical access to the server anymore because its colocated, the AV was installed from physical though) but every time i try anything it says I "dont have access to the scan engine" or something like that. Im assuming this is a security thing but is there any way to run a scan from a remote session or anything that will run the scan without physical access?
