im starting a community/forum

and before people see the forum because its new and not many members therfore not many posts i want them to register before they see it so it says

hi there we see you have not yet registerd please register below

im using phpbb

you should be able to find that option in the admin panel of phpbb.
under PERMISSIONS or something like that.
