I am having trouble getting this site working in firefox... The nav bar is too wide, although I have used "100%". Could someone please check out the code below?

HTML

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<title>Untitled Document</title>
<link href="style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
</head>

<body>
<ul id="nav">
<li><a href="#">Secured Loans</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Tenant Loans</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Mortgages</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Bridging Loans</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Commercial Finance</a></li>
<li><a href="#">FAQ</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Contact Us</a></li>
</ul>
</body>
</html>

...And CSS

html {
background-color: #ffffff;
margin: 0px;
}

body {

}

a {
font-family: Tahoma;
font-size: 14px;

text-decoration: none;
}

a:hover {
font-family: Tahoma;
font-size: 14px;
color: #000000;
text-decoration: none;
}

p {
font-family: Tahoma;
font-size: 14px;
color: #000;
padding-left: 15px;
}

ul#nav {
width: 100%;
margin: 0px;
height: 95px;
width: 100%;
position: absolute;
background-color: #333;
}

ul#nav li {
float: left;
padding: 40px 0 0 0;
list-style-type: none;
}

ul#nav li a {
font-family: Trebuchet MS;
font-size: 14px;

text-decoration: none;
padding: 20px 25px 25px 25px;

I'd like to quote the posting guidelines for you

2) Type in a subject that summarizes your question- A great way to turn off other members wanting to help you is to type an incomplete or silly subject for your post. Examples of poor subject titles include:

- "Help!"
- "I'm a newbie...be gentle"
- "How can I..."
- "Urgent...deadline tomorrow!"
