screentip background color

By default the tip - title on hyper links - that appears (title="bl.a. bl.a.") or screentip as it is also named - is black text on light yellow background.

I would the lightyellow background to be light blue...so....

Can this be altered - perhaps in <style> ????</style> or is this screentip background by default always lightyellow.

I know there are some javascripts that uses the onmouseover function to put in screentips but I would like not to change all hyperlinks - that is - I do not want to put in the onmouseover code for each of the many links (my links have the title="....." in the <a> . . </a>)

other than that, i dont think there is a way to customize the regular "tooltip" (ie:title element) using css.

Overlib is cool allright. But the overlib.js adds 42 KB to your page. That's a lot.

true, although increase in loading time is hardly marginal.
