Can someone run through real quick on how to get and use the boot stuff from windows, the ones you put on the floppies and use, I’m having that same problem with the NTLDR, and I’m not sure if it's a faulty drive or not, but if anyone could tell me real quick how to get the boot disk that would be awesome thanks in advance

You can download the bootable floppy disk sets from here: http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm They have NT4, 2k and XP ones on there.
