Need a BUY and DOWNLOAD service set up.

Here's what I need (want):

I want to sell album downloads via my website (curretly not up), but I've only been able to find information on shopping carts.

I don't need a shopping cart, only a checkout. I want a setup where the visitor pays (via paypal) and can then download the album (zip file).

I've found thirdparty sites/services like payloads/ejunkie/etc., but I would like to try and avoid that if possible, mostly because of the extra expense.

Most importantly, I don't know much about programming/code/etc. So ANY help, layman's welcome, would be most generous and appreciated and eventually returned!

I have vpasp.com shopping cart, it supports secure downloads after payment, link expires after 1-2 or more downloads, however you set it up.
Am pretty happy with it.
It works almost out of the box, but customization is quite challenging.

You need some method of payment processing, whether it be paypal or a e-merchant account.
