ASP page for web service

I have a remote server sending my server information via SOAP web services.
I new to this and was wondering if someone could outline the step I would take to interpret this soap using classic asp. Thanks

I would also like to know if my server requires a webservice in order to recieve an xml/SOAP packet from a remote server?
