Hi,

I don't really know if this is possible but I am just interested really. Would it be possible to make a very lightweight internet browser with Adobe Flash? Basically just an address bar and back, forward and refresh buttons.
It would be run standalone, ie. through the .swf file.

Does anyone have any experience, ideas about how to go about doing something like this?

Cheers,

Joe

If you're planning on visiting and loading genuine web pages with the 'browser', the Flash player forbids loading data across domains...

So... no.

As far as i know this isn't possible

Flash can read HTML to an extent but you are very limtied to what you can do!

Your best making it in something like visual basic :)
