How to find my page in yahoo/google

Is there a way I can set up key words or somehow get my page to show up in searches without paying anything?

the keywords are automatically "generated" from the search engines crwaling your webpage... you should use the keyword in your title tag, in the meta keywords... etc .... read into SEO (search engine optimization)

Note that this does nothing to get your pages showing up in a good position, it only lets Google know about your site in the first place - something that is better achieved by Google following a link to your site, since (depending on where the link is) it may also benefit your actual ranking.
