Clearing navbar float issue in IE

Hi,

I'm running across an issue in getting div#content and div#sidbar to properly clear div#navcontainer in IE.

When viewed in FF you can see the proper amount of whitespace between h2 and div#navcontainer... but when viewed in IE there is no space.

Any help?
