I need to change my mp3 files to midi .mid how do I do this?

Not possible...

...well, saying that, I did come across a .wav to .midi converter before but it could only convert audio files containing about one instrument (and not very well at that!).

ok... im using fruity loopz, i want to transfer some songs from iTunes to FL but FL only accepts .mid files and all my iTunes files are mp3

Not possible. Try doing a Google search for a midi (.mid) version of the songs that you're after.
