DHTML Menu Problems

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions regarding a few issues regarding a drop-down style menu.

The section of the menu I am working on is the 'Company' Section.

Problem 1: The menu is staying 'ON' when the page is loaded, it should be off.

Problem 2: In Netscape there is extra space added below the menu, there shouldn't be. Can't seem to figure out why.

Also, It should be cross-browser capable. (PC - IE, Netscape) - (Mac - IE, Netscape)

Which DHTML menu are you using? There are many nice ones available. Even some written by our members here in the forums.
