Creating a rotating banner - Solved!! Never mind!

I have a question that has been stumping me for days. What is the best way to create a rotating banner add? Is the best way to do it to use a javascript code so it rotates the images? (if so can anyone help me with the code because this is what I have been trying to do for the past day) or is there a better way to do this?

I have been trying to do this in dreamweaver with layers but I have come to encounter a problem I can't solve. I cannot get it too loop and set the time line. I have been following <a href="http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14468">this page</a> but this info is for dreamweaver 3.0 and I'm using 8.0.

Please help as I'm really stumped on this problem.

Nevermind I fixed it. If anyone else is looking for help with this try and make an animated .gif using imageready.. If you don't have it you can create an animated .gif file using GIF Movie Gear.
