how to remove 'out of range error'

hi, i got a following error while inserting data from my php program.

Out of range value adjusted for column 'requestid' at row 1

what can i do, and how to remove this error

well what you would do is correct the problem which is in your sql query.

are you doing an insert? if so are you inserting correct values into the columns in your table?
