Hello, im looking for someone who shares interests in video games and is much more competent experienced than me with PHP to help build a serious 'Internet Video Game Database' with similarities to 'very popular' & 'well used' sites such as www.imdb.com.

the domain name for our site has been purchased, and i've got loads of experience in getting webpages noticed and used!

I am very good at graphic design and site content.

www.vgamedb.com (Is the domain it will be hosted on).

This is a project i hope & wish to work with an experienced PHP coder whom is willing to share the vision and dedication to make sure the goal of this website can be met.

Please contact me via msn is your interested, obviously costs should be low, and i've got hosting with php/sql all setup.

The site is in the designing stages, but obviously requires in it's basic form the ability for admins to add new data at first such as

Game Title > Release Data > Tag Line > Description > User Rating > User Comments... maybe upload screenshots of games.

Because of the large volume of games to be added, we can introduce a puplic submition page, of which needs to be reviewd by an admin before it is submitted.

of which will be searched for on the main site, very similar to imdb but for videogames.

Lets make this work,
Phil! Looking forward to hear from you!

Good damn that igdb.com is in use :D However, if I had time, I would help you. I'm sure it could be a success.

Yes. It's all very last minute, and very ****. Look at it, it acts like it's still a movie, has voice actor listings eg. we dont get any usefull info from that.

On vgamedb.com its going to be 100% game related, so our results will give users far more interesting information, screenshots .e.g.

on imdb It's a very unpopular feature, because it gives users NO real info on the game in question.
