Chatroom in Flash

I know one active chat in flash, but i tried uploading it in geocities and it doesn't work. Is there any better way to insert chatroom in your webpage if you're using free domain/server? Or can you tell me what's wrong? Java chat is not good because most computers doesn't have java plugin.
