SVG book download

G'day
I recently purchased Kurt Cagles excellent book SVG Programming: The Graphical Web.

The publisher doesnt include CD's but the code is (supposed to be) downloadable. Unfortunately Kurts download page www.kurtcagle.net
has been hijacked by bnmq.com which is a known spam site and now obviously a url-pirate as well.

So my question is
Does anyone have the download for this book or know where i can get it?
I know its a slim chance but i thought i would ask anyway

There are 2 reasons, its the weekend and im on the other side of the planet. And that means $$$ listening to automatic phone response stuff..

You are right, its a slim chance .. but i have a better chance if only people who have the download reply... as you will find .. zero response threads do get peoples attention .. and get viewed more .. out of curiosity??.. so there is more chance of getting help.. in other words.. please :) dont just post a reply (unless you have the solution:D ) .. although i dont wish to offend your good intentions .. :eek:
