Is there any possible way to make a border color and increase the thickness of a border on an iframe?...how do you move a Iframe down a screen aswell?

For how the border looks like you can use: dotted / dashed / solid / double / groove / ridge / inset / outset

Can you change the Iframes backround color and customise its shape?

Since an IFRAME expects a complete <html>...</html> page you can set a background for it. You can't customize it's shape, it's always going to be a rectangle.
