Need form program

I need a good form program that is mac compatible. I would prefer if it is free but any suggestions would be great.

What do you mean by "form program"? Please be more specific when formulating a question.

I'm still kinda confused what you mean. Do you mean you need a form on your webpage? Or something else?

Any form online _should_ be compatable with a mac..as the web is basically platform independent (basically).

I'm talking about a program that you can make a PHP ar ASP form(or something like that). Like a download or something, not a online form maker.(I hate those!) Also, I have a mac, so I need the program to be mac compatible.
