Hi,

My profile on myspace is www.myspace.com/punk_emo and no code website can help with removing the friends section on there. I've tried the code below:

<style type="text/css">
td.text td.text table table table, td.text td.text table br, td.text td.text table .orangetext15, td.text td.text .redlink, td.text td.text span.btext {display:none;}
td.text td.text table {background-color:transparent;}
td.text td.text table td, td.text td.text table {height:0;padding:0;border:0;}
td.text td.text table table td {padding:3;}
td.text td.text table table br {display:inline;}
</style><a href="http://www.tercata.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.tercata.com/images/support.gif" alt="MySpace Codes" style="position:absolute; left:0px; top: 0px;" border="0"></a>

I've pasted it in the "about me" and "who i'd like to meet" sections but it doesnt remove my top 8 friends section!

If anyone knows why it wont take that section away please reply back! Need real help getting rid of it!

Thanks
Paul

position it like 10000px to the right... no one will scroll that far.

I haven't tried it but if the code you already have IS targeting the right TD in the code try smething like:

display: none !important;
visibility: hidden !important;

you might have to actually target everythign in the TD though like the b, a, img all that mess aswell but those two lines seem to hide things on myspace.

Isnt the whole friends list thing half the point of myspace?

I havent got a myspace account so I dont know what freedom you get but have you tried wrapping a div around where it appears and doing

#idofmydiv
{
display:none;
}

OK, so I signed up to myspace - just for you. You cant remove it entirely but can make parts of it invisible

This removed the friends I had - ie Tom. You may need to repeat the .datanode1, Us

<style type = "text/css">
table tr td span.orangetext15, .btext, .redbtext, #UserDataNode1, #ctl00_ctl00_Main_ProfileEditContent_editInterests_ctl00_UserFriends1_Tr1, #ctl00_ctl00_Main_ProfileEditContent_editInterests_ctl00_UserFriends1_FriendRepeater_ctl00_friendIma geLink, #ctl00_ctl00_Main_ProfileEditContent_editInterests_ctl00_UserFriends1_FriendRepeater_ctl00_friendLin k{
display:none;
}
</style>

You will need a .UserDataNode and the 3 lines below it for every friend eg. UserDataNode2, UserDataNode3 etc... and in the 3 lines below ctl00, ctl01, ctl02 etc.

This is the best I can do

table td.text table td span.btext,
table td.text table td table a,
table td.text table td span.orangetext15,
table td.text table td a.redlink,
table td.text table td tr div {
display:none;
}
unfortunately it removes the images from the comments section as well. Nancy you can't use #, myspace will convert it to its equivalent html entity.
