I found some reasons to change my domain registrar to another, one of which was the having to pay a token to change my DNS anytime i want to. Unlike web hosting however, i dont know much about changing domain name registrar. Would appreciate if somone will shed some light into this

Most registrars have a feature on their site, "transfer domain to us," or something similar. What happens is they will send a request to the current registrar to have the domain transferred, and both companies will usually send an email to the administrator of the current domain asking for permission. It's a pretty painless process and usually only takes a few days to take place. (from my experiences with Network Solutions and NameCheap)
