Project management for a lone developer

Can anyone recommend project management software that would be well suited to a lone software/web designer? I am getting a bit overwhelmed trying to keep track of how much has been done and what needs to be done. All the project management software I have found thus far is geared primarily towards teams of developers.

Well project management software by nature is going to be oriented towards managing a team. Microsoft Project is a popular one but I think you could probably get away with using in the way that you want to. You could still use it to display what tasks are included and how much of each are completed.
