So i made a bit of a stupid mistake -- I was compiling Jabberd 1.4, got all the way through and 'make' the program - then I tested out some values in jabberd 2, and compiled it as well as a demo, and then 'make' that guy. I did this because I was going to upgrade to jabberd 2... downfall, it won't run on my server.
Now, I deleted the original files for Jabberd 1.4, so I attempted to upload and configure and install this guy as well... now it errors out. Question is, for someone who's learning his advanced way around terminal bin/bash (I'll go intermediate at best on my code), how do I kill out some of those old installs? Obviously, just deleting the folders of the program isn't all that's needed to be done:) thanks;)
