Updating web site on regular basis

Is it possible to build a web page where the content can be updated / edited from any computer by simply logging on with a password and using only the browser.

No other program sould be needed to do this other than a web browser.

I want to build a web page for a band who have little or no computer experiance and certainly know no HTML. A WYSIWYG layout is essential so that they can log onto to the site page and update any venues.

Any cgi script should ideally be simple to set up. It must also be free. A tall order I know, but any help or advice would be appreciated.

I use greymatter which is very simple to set up and consists of a log-in page and then just typing an entry. Obviously there's more technical stuff but that's the basics. Another advantage is that it runs from your server so you're not relying on a third party.
