uploading a .mov file to a folder

I have been looking all day for a function or information on uploading a .mov file.

I have a form and need a way for the visitor to upload a .mov file.

Any ideas?

my first stop...

nothing there on the .mov and it seems to make a diff

The img uploads I do all day, but not seeing anything addressing the .mov

Maybe that's the point and they are exactly the same.

But no success uploading a 15 sec video clip ~ 3M (changed the .ini and upload time to no avail)

Any other thoughts or experience?
